It’s been a long journey to get here, starting in 2002 when the story of the Waterworks first began as a children’s summer club drama. Since then, the story has grown and transformed in ways I could never have imagined.

I invite you to step into a world where survival depends not only on wits and courage, but on the bond between generations, each fighting to reclaim a freedom that seems just beyond reach. As you wander these sun-baked streets and labyrinthine waterworks, you’ll uncover the layers of a city threatened by dictatorship, yet filled with the gentle humor of everyday lives. You’ll meet a cast diverse and determined, from rebellious youths plotting change to elders safeguarding memories of a time before tyranny.
