Both a comical and serious read, the Waterworks story sets up the world in which we meet an amazing set of characters and problems. This book originally started out as a drama script for an annual custard-slinging children’s summer club. The book, therefore, still retains some of that original daft fun that made the children laugh. As one reviewer of my book once wrote:
